So my buddy Frank just got his wife an iPad for Mothers Day
Before I met Frank he was an avid Windows/PC user, it doesn’t sound that way anymore… Below is an email he sent me on his wife’s new iPad.

Dude you have to get one. Shreve said “why didn’t you just get a laptop?” what pos laptop could you get for $500 I replied… The touch keyboard works great in landscape, the screen is one of the best I’ve seen, stereo speakers and a camera would have been nice. Touch based apps run the same but display in the center the same size as a touch. You can hit a 2x icon and blow them up to full size but it messes up the resolution, some worse than others. Video playback is great, with stereo headphones watching a movie is actually enjoyable. I could go on and on…..just typing is fun!!! I’m hooked on Mac! I doubt Amy will let me take it to the beach in July. I just hope one of us gets our own by then :) Frank
